Learn how two school districts, Wenatchee and Central Valley have formed a partnership to ensure sustainability and fidelity of implementation of the OCDE Project GLAD® instructional model. Through this collaboration, we have narrowed the focus of our Professional Development to make it more manageable, and concentrated our efforts on job-embedded support to teachers. We have developed resources to increase fidelity and provide ongoing, intensive support for higher levels of implementation and mastery of strategies.
