In 2010-2014, 30 Idaho schools participated in an efficacy study of the OCDE Project GLAD® model. The study measured teacher implementation and student achievement; how easy is it for teachers to become proficient in the model, and is there a measurable effect for ELs? The lead trainer for this study will share study results and will put the data in context with reflections from the field that have influenced our practice and have implications for successful implementation in districts.
